The fee for Validoo Party includes the use of a tool to access, publish and change information related to GLNs (Global Location Numbers). Validoo Party makes it easier for trading partners to access contact information such as delivery address or e-mail address.
Fees for Validoo Party
The following fees apply for Validoo Party:
- Connection Fee
- Service Fee
- Annual GLN Fee
The connection fees and service fee are fixed charges based on the company’s annual turnover. The annual GLN fee is a variable charge based on the number of GLNs that the company has published in Validoo Party.
The principal location number (the lowest number in the company's number series) is published automatically without any additional charge for all companies who are customers of GS1 Sweden.
Connection fee and annual service fee
A one-time connection fee is charged for Validoo Party at time of order as well as an annual service fee. These fees are invoiced in advance and based on the company's annual turnover as shown in the table below.
The first service fee depends on the number of months remaining in the year. For example, if Validoo Party is ordered in June 1, service fee will be 7/12 of the annual service fee.

Annual GLN fee
For each published GLN, besides the principal location number, an annual fee is payable. The annual GLN fee depends on the number of published GLNs as shown in the table below.
The annual GLN fee is charged for the remainder of the year in which the number is published and subsequently annually in advance.

Example: the total annual charge for published GLNs for a company which has published four GLNs would be SEK 1750 as follows
- GLN nr 1 = 500 SEK/ year
- GLN nr 2 = 500 SEK/ year
- GLN nr 3 = 500 SEK/ year
- GLN nr 4 = 250 SEK/ year
- Total = 1750 SEK/ year.
The maximum annual fee for Validoo Party is SEK 27 500.
