DE's 0065, 0052, and 0054: Indicate that the message is a UNSM Announcement For Returns message based on the D.96A directory.

DE 0051: Indicates that although RETANN is being processed as a UNSM, the agency responsible for the present message is EN (EAN) because the message is a status zero message.

DE 0057: Indicates that the message is the EANCOM version 001 of the UNSM Announcement For Returns.
